Supported bra Heating pad Tylenol
Wear a bra that provides good support for your breasts. If you do not wear a bra your breast tenderness can worsen.
Exercise daily. Get at least 20 minutes of active exercise everyday.
Rest with a heating pad over your breasts. Some women prefer ice pads. Test out both types to see which works best for you.
Take Acetaminophen, such as Tylenol. Most pain relievers are not to be taken during pregnancy however, many doctors approve the use of Tylenol. Check with your doctor to be sure.
Relax on your back and take deep breaths. Visualize your pain going away.
Stop eating salt. Salt can make breast tenderness worse by leading to water-retention.
Drink plenty of water to flush out excess fluids from your body.
